Where we deliver
We deliver door-to-door anywhere in South Africa using The Courier Guy. We do not ship outside South Africa.
Delivery cost
Delivery is calculated at checkout by The Courier Guy, based on the size and weight of your items and your delivery address. You will see the exact delivery cost before you pay.
Delivery times
- In-stock items: delivered within 1-5 working days of payment. Outlying areas may take a little longer.
- Special-order items: ordered in for you; we will confirm the expected lead time.
- Next-container items: delivered after our next shipment arrives; we will confirm timing before your order is finalised.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery with The Courier Guy.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. See our Refund policy.
