These terms apply to purchases from rhinorack.africa, operated by Lilac Moon Trade and Investments 69 CC trading as Rhinorack South Africa ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. They do not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

1. Who we are

2. Products and fitment

Product listings show which vehicles each product is designed for. Please check that the vehicle model, body type and year match yours before ordering, or contact us and we will confirm fitment. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product. Always observe the load limits stated by the manufacturer and your vehicle manufacturer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store card details.

4. Availability

In stock: normally dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Special order: ordered in for you; we will confirm the expected lead time.
Next container: arriving on our next shipment from the manufacturer; we will confirm the final price and timing before any payment is finalised.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and warranties

7. Installation

Many products are designed for DIY installation and come with instructions. Incorrect installation, drilling or modification may affect warranty cover. If in doubt, use a qualified fitter.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
